Ralph brings over 20 years of experience in multinational corporate environments across BPO, KPO, ITO, seat leasing, and shared services. Known for strategic leadership and operational excellence, he shapes Arklith's client service model, delivery discipline, and business governance — ensuring the company is built for reliability, professionalism, and sustainable growth.

Michael brings 25 years of AEC industry experience, including 18 years in CAD and BIM management across international and local projects. His expertise spans BIM, project and construction management, strategic planning, technical training, digital twin, and digital engineering — strengthening Arklith's ability to deliver for complex project environments.
